JAMES PENFOLD (Head Trainer)

As a Personal Trainer for the last 14 years, James has created a unique, successful approach to the way he practises health and fitness. By working closely with his clients, James enables them to achieve their goals in an efficient way. James specializes in fat loss, muscle building, and strength and conditioning training.

James understands that no single approach is right for everyone; each plan must be as unique as the individual. Having worked with a wide range of clients with specific goals and varying degrees of fitness, James has the experience needed to ensure the right approach is taken with each of his clients. It’s supposed to be personal!

James is an advocate for following a plant-based diet. He and his clients have proved time and again that following a whole food plant-based diet is the healthiest and most sustainable way of achieving your goals.

James holds a degree in Kinesiology - Sports Coaching, and certificates in Sports Science and Fitness Instruction.


Marcella is very passionate about encouraging people to live their best and healthiest lives. She loves seeing her clients reap the rewards from their consistent effort to empower themselves. Everyone comes along with their own journey and she will meet you where you are at and then inspire you to keep moving forward to have greater strength, flexibility, improved body composition and feeling more positive.

Since her start in the fitness industry 40 years ago she understands how the body ages which she pulls from her own experience. She has also worked as a Radiological Technologist at a trauma and community hospital which allowed her to see first hand the insides of the body and the effects of aging and disease. She enjoys helping her clients understand that they have the power to change the trajectory of how they age while finding the balance of a peaceful mind, body and soul. Health is paramount in life. Being proactive versus reactive to health will have a profound effect on aging.

Marcella is a Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor, and Certified Life Coach. She has completed the New York City and Boston Marathons and holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
